UG software pursues a number of off-campus hiring initiatives to meet our business demand of entry-level software professionals. Our test center situated out of New Delhi in India conduct test regularly. Apart from this we're always looking for highly-skilled people with talent and experience in sales, design, software engineering, customer service, marketing.
All applications are pre-screened based on academic credentials. Short-listed candidates are usually invited for a written analytical/logical test and a subsequent interview as part of the selection process.

We take them young and train them
UG software recruits graduates after rigorous screening involving technical tests, aptitude tests and interviews. They undergo induction training for 6 weeks. We believe that this approach of developing people is better and the bonding with the employees much stronger.
